Soliciting window framing opinion/advice
Soliciting framing advice:
Did the framer put this bathroom window in crooked? The right side of the window is 3/4” higher than the left. You can see there’s a scrolled strip of wood attached across the 2×8 header at the top, making it 8” high on the right side and 7-1/4” on the left. Seems that this was done purposefully but I cannot figure out why.
The measurements from ceiling to floor are equal on either side of the window so the window is not parallel to either the floor or the ceiling. The rest of the windows on this side of the house are straight. This is the shower wall so I assume tiling would be impossible without it looking ridiculous.
Is there a legitimate reason to do this? The framer is someone who I have worked with in the past and generally trust. Would a good tile guy be able to work with this or will this need to be redone?

It's hard to determine from the description alone. If the window appears misaligned, it could be due to installation, framing, or the surrounding structure. A level tool can help confirm if it's truly crooked. If so, consulting the installer is recommended.
Your window may be the only thing right in that wall.
What does your level tell you?
The opening made isn’t pretty, I take it this is a remodel.
If he’s done “framing”, then you best get him back to make the rest of that bath ready for tile.
A man on a fast horse would see this.
