How would you handle this?
In November DW decided I needed to resurface the kitchen counters. I requested a sample set from Kuehn bevels, and DW decided on what she wanted. I called Kuehn bevels in New Jersey, and they told me they only deal through kitchen/bath suppliers. I asked what the sample we received was and they told me Corian Noir Stone.
I went to the local K/B guy who ordered 60 feet of this stuff. Total bill over 600 bucks. When the stuff arrived it was not what the sample had been, and was totally unacceptable to DW.
Kuehn bevel has refused to stand behind the product, claiming they would NEVER tell someone over the phone what a sample was. But obviously they did, because I couldn’t have just dreamed up Corian Noir Stone. They say the fault is not theirs, but not whose.
What would you do? Is there any point getting FHB involved, since I did see the ad there?
DW is not pleased.

No, leave Andy out of it. If you look hard enough, there is probably an advertising disclaimeer in very fine print.
You might be stuck. But could you drive to Kuehn Bevels with they sample they sent, along with the packaging or packing slip or something, and see what they have to say? Phone calls will probably not get you very far, unfortunately.
What size is it? I might give you 10 cents a foot for it, fob my place :)
Do it right, or do it twice.
Corian does not make Noir Stone. It is a Surrell product. If you paid by credit card and the bill says Corian and Noir Stone you can dispute it since that product does not exist.
Another tac could be calling Corian and letting them know that this place is pawning surrell off as Corian. DuPont does not take kindly to this and could convince them to satisfy you with a Corian product. The number is 1-800-426-7426
If you would like to make these yourself we may be able to help you.
