I thought I’d post pics of the frame we are on. Work got really slow and we let our third guy go, so now we are a two man framing crew (well 1 1/2 half man, the other guy is a sissy some times :-))
We did the foundation and are framing and will do the siding. We started the roof last week and are about 2/3s framed.

Tim,
Thanx for sharing.

What diameter are the pier pads?
Asking because I have a couple of metal pouring rings with handles I no longer have a use for if you are interested. I don't know what you use for forming those pads.
Mine are 24"
We use these plastic pier boxes that are square before you place concrete in them and then they become 24" diameter piers. Thanks for the offer.
OK, just a thought . I got them when we used to use felt stapled into a ring as a liner for these metal rings. Pour one , pour the second while another guy gently lifts the ring and sets for the third. More outdated technology of mine.
They can't get your Goat if you don't tell them where it is hidden.
Tim, do you use any kind of termite barrier between the foundation and mud sill? Or are the little buggers not a problem in your area?

My advice to you is not to inquire why or whither, but just enjoy your ice cream while it's on your plate-- Thornton Wilder
Not a problem here.
That was fun. Why did it have to end?

Jim,
Thanks for the comments. I was hoping you'd stop by.

I'm going to check out every one of your albums. Great idea Tim.How much storage do you have and how much does it cost you each month? Bob's next test date: 12/10/07
Storage as in shop or yard? About 8 years ago we built a 3 car garage with a 1200sq ft apartment on top and on the same property about 1 1/2 years later, we built a "model home".
I used to live above the garage and next to it is where we have an old trailer and keep the foundation supplies.
So to answer your question, I have no idea what it costs :-) but it is about 5 minutes from most of our jobs.
I think he was asking about the Picasso thing.[email protected]
Duh just how out of it am I?! :-)
Picasa gives a gig of storage free. Pretty slick. There is some small print about the pictures though, which I didn't read at the time and learned later. So you might want to check that out.
