Hello all.
I usually hang my hat over in Knots as all I do know is build custom furniture. A few years ago I used to be a rep for a ICF manufacture going around certifying crews on installation of the product. I did a lot of the work with the guys I worked with as I couldn’t stand back when there was work to be done.
This job was a addition to a hotel in southern Labrador. The batch plant froze solid after the first truck left the plant and all the pouring was done with a excavator and a cement bucket hung under the bucket. We had to finish the pour a week after we did the first pour.
The guys put the footings in before I arrived on the coast. Where the 8′ wall meet the 4′ wall the guys build the footings in mid air to save time before they poured. I made them back fill the hanging footings with concrete before they back filled.
