I’m looking for a source for stair parts that are normal stock for the supplier, but not the usual collection of volutes and turnouts. I’d like to get a little better detail without having to go custom. Any thoughts?

These folks have some parts that are beyond the ordinary.

Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
I called Arcways to get a drawing of one of their turnouts. They said they didn't have a drawing, but I suspect they just didn't feel like fooling with a one-off order. If anyone has other suggestions for stair parts sources, I'd sure appreciate them. I'm trying to improve the appearance of a plain jane stairway and I would like to find a turnout that's a bit beefier than the usual cheesy turnouts that come from the stock manufacturers. It's also important to be able to get some dimensions so I know it will work on a stairway that has some issues in the original design. Any help is greatly appreciated.
