We have solid wood interior doors on many of the rooms in my new-ish house, and several are separating at the joints, making the doors stick. Rainy summer has probably made it worse. I tried gluing the seams and clamping them to dry, but they have separated again. Are there any other tricks to address the issue? I was thinking of drilling them and trying to use a long wood screw, provided the wood doesn’t split. Thank you.

Short of controlling the humidity in your house, long screws through the stiles and into the rails seem like a potential quick fix that's worth trying. Alternatively, you could try pocket hole screw through the rails and into the stiles - that way the screws are engaging the cross-grain of the stiles which may be a stronger joint than screwing into the end-grain of the rails.
Without completely taking the door apart and prepping all of your surfaces I don't think squeezing glue into the visible seams is going to help much.
