Had closed cell foam applied between the rafters.  The rafters are nominally 2×6, actual 5-1/4 in deep.  The foam fill looks kind of uneven and it varies between an inch to 1-3/4 in short of the rafter bottoms.  I’m seeing a lot of 1-1/2 in.  Picture attached.  The bay shown is flatter than a lot of the other ones, I might take a few more photos.

Is this normal?  With 5-1/4 in rafters, 1-1/2 in short is about R25.
