I am thinking of using srpay foam insulation around the entire perimeter of my crawl space along with a vapor barrier on the dirt floor and making the entire crawl space a conditioined space. The floors are already insulated with 12″ of fiberglas. Does anyone see any problems with doing this? I appreciate any thoughts. Thanks

It's a good start. You may want to consider a drop into the crawl from the 1st fl ducting. And, a goes outta powered and dampered vent to the outside that comes on whenever the system does.
