Spray Foam over Mold Roof Sheating
I have had a number of quotes from a number of so called mold-remediation and insultation experts, and they all have a different solution. I have mold on the underside of my OSB roof sheating, it is very light and not everywhere. I also want to improve the energy efficiency of the house at the same time. Several of the experts have had the same solution which is to spray foam over the mold on the sheating and block off the soffit and ridge vents, and effectively turn the ventilated attic space to an unvented attic space? This seems to be the most cost effective solution because I wouldn’t have to make the necessary repairs to the underdesigned ventilation system and add more insulation. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

No expert but I would think you would want to spray it with bleach a couple of times first
Bleach does relatively little good on mold.
(Of course, one question is whether it's really mold, or just moisture staining.)
Why not use mold-killer?

Bleach will go a long way on hard surfaces, not so much on wood.
Why kill the mold is his question.
Why kill it when you can encapsulate it instead, just like asbestos. The foam would air seal it to the deck.
