If it's the low expansion polyurethane foam used for window sealing nd so on, then acetone.

actually the only thing that will do it once cured is "mechanical abraision" .. go at it with one of those hard plastic pot scrappers ..
If this is an acrylic tub instead of cast iron, you have a problem. The same chemicals or abrasion that it will take to remove it can also damage the surface, so go carefully.
