Getting ready to buy a spray system. Seeking education.

I want something that can be used on-site and in the shop.

I want something big enough to do some housepainting/staining, but also able to shoot a decent clear finish in the shop. In terms of usage, figure 2-4 times a month, split that up about 50-50%
