Mud Dobbers have stained it. Won’t come off with soap and water. I assume it is the clay soil we have here. Anyone have ideas on how to safely clean it? TIA

No way would I use a rasp on a coating over foam board.
Check out Dryvits web site. They will send you an information package that has cleaning and maintenace instruction.
I have used a slurry of Tide detergent (high phoshate type) and a stiff brush to clean mudd off of brick. Not perfect, but it reduces the stining to a acceptable shadow. Let the paste set for 30 min. or so before scrubing and rinsing off.
Might work on dryvit .

Not 100% sure on this but I would try something acidic.
Dryvit is more acrylic than cementacious and should not be affected.
Obviously try it first.
