Stair Stringers Resting on Advantech over Delta-FL

I understand that bearing partitions should not be built on Delta FL. My plan is to place stair stringers (~8ft. total rise wih a landing about midway) on top of 3/4″ Advantech which will rest on Delta-FL. I plan to cut the stringers short so I can place them on a flat 2×12 to further distribute the load. I plan to build the landing framwork with a 2×12 bottom plate as well. Given the 2×12 base, the rigidity of the 4’x8′ Advantech panel, and the 5200 psf compressive strength of the Delta-FL, should I expect settling?
