Will you be framing the openings or just doing the doors? If you are framing them out there are alot of things you can do to make it easier. For a door without a sidelight I prefer the three piece knockdown frames and to frame out the rough opening with wood(not sure if you can get away with this in a fire application though they do sell the wood fire studs for metal stud door opening framing). These studs make things easier if you have to countersink some screws into the 'casing' area of the jam to level things out, then putty over them before painting. Door closers, try to put the closer body on the door if possible; generally a better application than on the frame. Be prepared to shim the legs of your jamb to even out your reveal; some guys use coins + glue, some guys use wood shims, your call. The metal hinge shims are helpful as well if you run into bad framing, most lock places sell them for less than a buck each, they can be extremely helpful.
Get the name of the door manufacturer and google it to find specific install instructions.

The more you do the easier it gets. One thing to remember, there are tips and tricks as with other things in the trade. The doors are heavy and cheating on plumb and level of the frame is not unheard of...... which suggests fastening the latch side jamb bottom after the door is hung.
