Does anyone have tips for taking the twist out of plywood shelves? I have some ready to deliver, except that they all have an unacceptable twist. They sit on adjustable brackets, so there’s not an option of securing them in place.
Thanks
Sue

The most common way to make your own parging mix is to use either Type S mortar for block or Type N for brick and add a concrete bonding additive.

Add a stiffener to the back and front is about it. Plywood gets a mind of its own sometimes.
use a stable plywood like baltic Birch 3/4" and then add trim face to edge to strengthen against sags.
Additionally, when you install on the pins and place weight on it, it should straighten out.

I used 3/4" Aruca-ply. I do have it edge-banded (with 3/4" x 3/4" poplar), and each edge is fairly straight, but the front edge and the back edge are in different planes. Sue
