I am about to make my first attempt at stucco.  I have seen it done, but never done it myself.  Questions:  What is the proper mix for the two brown coats?  How long do I need to wait between the first and second brown coat?  How long before the final coat?  The walls are on top of a wide stemwall, 12-24″ above grade.  Should I use an expansion joint between the stucco finish and the stemwall, so that I can caulk there, or should I run the stucco down to the concrete stemwall?
