My university group project considers how to improve the protection of homeowners who have sump pumps in their basement. We come from an engineering background and study innovation, therefore we seek to validate the fit of our solution with homeowner’s experience.

Have you a sump pump in your basement and/or experienced a flooding event (due to pump issues or pump failure)?
