Sub-division Project Manager,
I have been approached to manage setting up a sub-division for two different individuals, Two different projects.
My background is extensive, having been in the trade for over 30 years, including being self employed and managing sub-division start up, bidding process, selection of trade contractors, building of homes, apartments, and commercial from start to finish.
I have always been a hands on person, however this is a new project venture. Having priced myself in a different position while doing multiple tasks, this needs some new insight. I have been fortunate to have good trade contractors, none of this mickey mousing around, get out there and make it happen.
What is the going rate for setting up the project and what would be the rate if I were managing the build out of the project?
1. This is strictly a new home sub-division on bare ground and requires all the normal preliminary set up.
2. This is a new home sub-division on bare ground with light commercial retail & housing
