i’m putting in a sub panel for my garage and was wonder if Icould use a 3- #1 with a#2 ground cable aluminun cable for this job. I want to put in a 100 amp service in garage to run about 75 feet to the house panel 200 amp. Would there be any problems with using aluminum for this, the main is has a copper entrance wiring.Any other concerns I might run into with the setup.

It sounds right to me. If this is a detached garage you will need a ground electrode out there and I assume you know about separating the ground and neutral.
There's no problem using large-gauge aluminum wire, so long as the connections are rated for it.
