GM and happy weekend! I’m replacing the subfloor in a third floor apartment of a duplex. Building is circa 1880s and true 2×6 joists were in bad shape with sags and cracks. I sistered them with 2×8 and looking at 3/4” Advantech T&G subfloor. I usually use 23/32 T&G plywood (glued and screwed) but Advantech is significantly cheaper. The literature has a lot of claims and hoping it will be stiffer than ply. Does anyone have experience using Advantech?

Yes. I just used $2000 worth of 5/8" Advantek to laminate (using titebond) to an undersized 3/8" subfloor. Which resulted in a solid 1" floor that has zero bounce.
I actually prefer the Advantek to plywood. I left a scrap piece out doors through two months of rain and there was almost no swelling...
Thanks! I just picked up the 3/4” yesterday and it’s very heavy and way stiffer than ply. Looking forward to a solid floor.
Not much idea about Advantek. I'm just hearing it, sorry to help you
