i have a slab on grade walkout lower level in a townhouse. the slab has dropped 1 12 inches all across one wall, below the foundation. it has maintained its proper grade, even with the top of the foundation at the opposite wall, 20 feet across the room. in order to install a subfloor, finish floor and baseboard, we need to level the slope in the existing floor. is there a material that could be poured out to level this? or something that could be feathered out ?
