fw, could you reduce the size to maybe 100kbs? All I get out of this one you posted is some splotches of color, like a modern art painting.
thanks.

Right click and use the open Link in New Window; IE (ought) to resize once it loads (was only a couple minutes on my 34K--right now--dialup).Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
capn. It's not the time to load, I'll go have a pc. of pie. But what it looks like is a paint by number abstract, not at all like a photograph.A great place for Information, Comraderie, and a sucker punch.

Thanks for the resize.
And you know, I found out first hand how things are big in tx. We played golf, alot of golf. Well, here's what I noticed. The land in tx is so big, that the size of the holes are smaller.

Its Colorful in Colorado......
Some more for the less fortunate...Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->

Yeah, seesh, and all you DFW types went and ran your a/c and started rolling blackouts all the way into College Station (but not in Bryan <g>, we have our own, reliable, power company). Made it a pain, yesterday, though, you never knew which intersection might have dead traffic lights in it.Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
I promise. My AC stays on 74-76 programable.
We weren't affected but my partner experienced a blackout. If your in Bryan, how hot was it down and over there.Haven't talked to my son's in austin but figure so. of here had to be hotter.Right now the clouds finally rolled in, the cool fronts on the way, oh boy!! Need a dip in barton springs or the good old san marcos, blue holes good also. I love that hill country!
If your in Bryan, how hot was it down and over there.
Busted Monday's record high of 91º with a 93º; busted yesterday's record of 93º with a 94º (happy to have not been anywhere near DFW <g>).
It clouded up as the gulf moisture surged back in, so it got ugly muggy last night--felt warmer than Monday night.

Wow, that's nice.
From the Red River to the Rio Grande, from the Canadian to the Intercoastal, from the Llano to the Sabine.....God Bless Texas!
This place does grow on ya. last spring an part of summer I spent adding on to and updating a 1890 stone house on 80 acres with a 2 acre lake full of bass close to Fredricksburg Tx. spent the time waiting for enough light to work sitting on the side patio drinking my coffee watching critters head home, shared the front yard with turkey and deer. Loved every minute, You know what I'm talking about.those times make me, let me steal some words from a Bob Dylan song,"so happy just to be alive underneath this sky of blue on this new morning"The city gets me down sometimes.
I know exactly what you mean.
From the Llano Estacado to the Piney Woods, from the Caprock to the Coastal Bend, from the Paso del Norte to the Golden Triangle, from Caddo Lake to Laguna Madre.
Texas is big, beautiful and fantastic!

Thanks! Those are great.
Those old Hill Country houses hold up well. You made a nice one even better.
The 'church' pic is neat.
For those of us who can really appreciate the Texas Hill Country those pics can inspire a lot of good thoughts and memories.
I can see how you must have really enjoyed working on that project.
