Hello
Gonna start taping and mudding my drywall in the basement, saw the product “Sure Corner” at lowes. I thought it would be good to use on my non 90 degree corners. The package indicates that it can also be used on outside corners, Anybody use it for the outside and or inside corners. My boss used it on his project and claims that the metal eventually separated from the paper at a few corners. Thanks for any imput.

I agree with your boss. The metal gets rusty a lot of times and separates.
Theres another tape I use for obtuse angles which name escapes me now.
Its almost like plastic its so hard. Great stuff!
I wouldnt do outside corners with anything but corner bead or that plasic stuff where applicable (if customer insists or you want a rounded etc outside corner.
Be well
