I poured a 12 x 30 pad this weekend. 1/2 was in shade, 1/2 in sun. So part set up much slower than rest, and has streaks from the bull float. What can I use to even out the surface. Image attached below. There are some ridges that I would like to flatten out. But I dont want the surface to be completely smooth.
TIA

Do you want to add or subtract?
There are several toppings that can be poured over the slb to fill depressions and make it smooth. Ardex is one brand name. Generically, they are self-levelling floor levelers.
Or you can rent a floor grinder. HD and Lowes rent them, as do most good rental yards. Looks like a floor buffer, but it has a couple of stones or diamond pads that can take off up to about 1/16".

RapidSet makes patching compound to resurface it. The size of your slab requires expansion joints.
Get a rubber float and see if that produces the texture you like. Which ever material you use, make sure the whole slab is watered down and the dry up any puddles. Start you job after the sun goes down. The sun tends to cause the cement to set up too rapidly, which shows up as cracks.
