I am looking for a double hung replacement window (38″ x 78″) that will swing in to clean. I am concerned that conventional DH replacements that fold down will be unsafe to clean because of the size. The only one I can find is Thermalswing, and they do not appear to be very willing to negotiate. Any suggestions?
