Working every night and week-ends for six weeks straight remodeling before moving in the house we bought. Tonight is the last night here and you all know what fun that is. Back is killing me and I’m beat!

Think I need a few “Ahhh. Poor Sonny.”

Of course, you all know the computer is the last thing to be shut off and unplugged. Unfortunately, I forgot to have the second phone line installed for the Internet – gets hooked up next Tuesday. Guess all out goiing and incoming calls till then will be short and scheduled. Gotta keep the important connection right?

*You're right, Ron. Barb said, and I quickly agreed, once we're in I can work to finish up at any pace I desire. But, the work to finish up includes remodeling the 2 baths, tray ceilings in 3-4 rooms, spraying the new doors, another coat on the baseboard and double coat all casings and jambs. However, even that beats coming here after work, changing, eating and then going there for 2-3 hours each night.Course I have to have the pool put in before my forum friends decide to visit in "paradise." Then there's the entry gable and columns, circular drive, change out the patio doors and windows to Low E insulated casements and hot water solar panel. Glad the roof was replaced 4 years ago and it's got stucco ((CBS) so no siding to replace.Geez, I just realized I need another life time! Mnmmmmm. Maybe I can adopt a couple of 16 year olds that want to learn to the trades.Wait a second. I still have a single 31 year old daughter. Think I'll talk her into hanging out at the Vo-Tech School after work.. She needs to a husband anyway and he might as well be the tool belt type.

*Ah......problems of prosperity....Congrates Sonny! So once you finish, whaddaya gonna do to eat up your time?Bet ya a dollar in six months you'll be worrying 'bout your expanding waistline, you know, with the new kitchen, the pool and all the babes there suntanning. I'm glad to hear of your new digs.......enjoy!Your back would feel better if you had hired some movers! But noooooo...

*Pool Pool did you say Pool, you know Sonny the folks in the shed are looking for a place to have another fest....pool huh? I know i work 9 hours a day then got to come home and do stuff. im getting off 1/2 day today and get to dig a trench to route some electrical wires to set up a subpanel in my garage shop then i get to dig the trenches for the sprinkler system and on and on it goes...Pool Huh, heheheh .Mark is right when I moved into my house about 2 years ago all my friends were "busy" so i hired movers primarily to move my tools and this humungous entertainment center /wall unit the wife wanted. I didnt regret it one bit. When i refinished the wood floors it took 4 of us to move it into place. Pool huh heheheheh

*Fellas, just stopped by to unplug the iMac and pick up some other misc. stuff. Did use movers, but packing, the remodeling, unpacking, (where did I put the chips?) - I hear the cell phone ringing but where the hell is it?Pool goes in this winter, so it should be ready after around 1/15 for any of you guys wanting a winter vacation. Queen size sofa bed in the family room, trundle day bed in my office (extra bedroom) Barb took the master suite with the king size bed so I have a queen (bed that is) in my bedroom - in case why - we both snore, occasionally. With guests, we sleep together (Barb and I that is) so the office bed, my bed and family room sofa bed should accomodate even a large family, or group of people. We're open for business in about a month after I finish the two bathroom remodels. If you can live with the beach in the Gulf - about 10 minutes away, fine - if pool is mandated, after 1/15. Cocktails are on us but you cook the steaks on the B B Q grill.Back is better. Think it worked itself out. Movers said: Geez, how many TVs do you have? Four, and I may have to get one for the garage when I'm working in it. Oh know! That reminds me. Have to pick up a used 18,000 BTU thru the wall AC for the garage. Hey, so I pamper myself now.Have to set up my 120 gal tank tonight so in a day or so I can switch the angel fish from the 55 gal here to the big one.Prosperity hell. Half of the stuff I got at Home Depot. Sorry for swearing, but I couldn't pass up the no interest or payment for 6 months deal that have going.

*"Ahhh. Poor Sonny." "Ahhh. Poor Sonny." "Ahhh. Poor Sonny." Lol, a few is three, right? I could get on your case for pushing yourself and not asking for a hand, but I know I would be wasting my type. I will send my best wishes for happiness in your new home, it sounds wonderful.
