I recently bought a Makita sliding mitre box saw. Can anyone recommend a good table to mount this tool on in my shop.

If it were me I would drop it down with the table of the saw even with my bench. Center the drop in the bench run. As mine is mostly out in the field I have a drop down on a litewt 8' long box. Put it on horses pretty much puts it at the right ht.

I have my Milwaukee sliding compound on an 8' frame for use in the field. In the shop I have a radial arm saw mounted between an 8' and 10' cabinet. The cabinet surface is great for extra work surface/countertop but I have to be very disciplined not to load the table up and then can't cut a board 12' long because of the junk.
Consider a frame without a table surface, just supports, say every 2', if you have the same problem as I do, this also will allow the saw dust to drop to the floor instead of building up on the table. I have my table saw mounted with a table 48" right of the blade and an off-feed table 4' X 6'. I also have a 4' X 12' table, 18" high for cabinet building and I never have enough table space. I am just too much a pack rat!
