I'm on my second bosch with gravity rise stand.
I sold the last one to a guy I worked for.
I had a dewalt too, and the rack and pinion fence was nice... but the motor in the bosch is way smoother and has soft start.
Was gonna get the Bosch but when I saw the Ridgid on sale last Black Friday for $299 I couldn't pass it up. Super easy to set up and not bad getting in and out of my van. I like how it stands striaght up when closed. Balances really well propped up in closed/folded up position. The fence works real well. Plenty of power although a little noisy when first turned on...big deal. Glad there's a place to wrap the cord when done. For the $299 I couldn't be happier really.

For a rough crew, I'd go with the Bosch or the Rigid

Sense you are shelling the drop in saws for your Rousseau buy a $99.00 Robbi and use a 7 1/4 marathon as the blade. Also consider picking up a sawhorse like this http://www.amazon.com/Crawford-Adjustable-25-Inch-34-Inch-Sawhorse/dp/B0009WG5ZI/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=hiqid=1237609378&sr=8-9 cut off one end. weld on a "L" to the cutoff to hang on the front 2x2 rail (same one that you attach your fence) to use as an in feed rail. also consider picking up another out feed table and modifying your left side rail to fit it. For the price of a better saw you can buy a cheep saw and mount a blade it can handle & mod your Rousseau to rip or cross cut 4x8' easy by your self. The system works well.
Thanks Craig
