Tankless Waterheater Supplier
A tankless waterheater in a house my wife owns, recently went south. (It was 24 years old.) I got a bid to replace it of $3300. Since I had installed the original I went on line to find out the materials cost for the replacement that the plumber quoted. I found that it was out of stock almost everywhere. Finally I found it on one website for $995. Just to be sure they had it in stock I called them. The phone was answered in person by Steven who was on another line, took my number, and called back promptly. I asked if they had the heater in stock. He said no, but that model was no longer being marketed. He suggested a new model that was essentially the same. It was Friday. I went back on line and ordered what I thought was the model he recommended at $1500.
I was gone for the weekend, but when I returned I had a message from Jerod at the company about my order. When I returned the call Steven answered again. I told him who I was and that I was calling for Jerod. Jerod was busy at that moment, but called me back promptly. It seems that the model I had ordered was not actually the model that Steven had recommended. (They caught this from an internet order and one phone call.) The model Steven had recommended was actually $500 less and some of the accessories I had ordered were actually unnecessary because they were included in other things. Jerod, with my permission, corrected the order and shipped it. (Shipping was included.)
I have never received better service. Because of that I’ll pass on the supplier for any one who’s in need of a tankless wh. This is not spam. http://www.globaltowne.com/

While most of my purchases are local, there is no reason not to post this type of information.
Good service no matter where it comes from is something to note.
thanks.
