Getting conflicting orders on this issue.
It's always safest to do whatever the wife tells you.
(Either way works. Ideally you want to lap the top of the wrap over the top flange, have the bottom flange over the wrap, and somehow do both on the sides. The idea is to both drain any moisture on the face of the wrap, with out any getting behind it, and prevent any air from penetrating.)
