I’m remodeling a post frame barn built last year to have finished and conditioned offices above. I will be placing 4 inches gravel, 1 inch of xps foam, 6 mil poly, then 4 inches concrete for floor. Project is in Roanoke, Virginia area. What are thoughts on termite treatment under entire floor slab vs no treatment?

Heres a discussion about a borate treated foam. Take a look at it and perhaps Performguard. Come back with your thoughts.
