That is certainly an interesting usage of terrazzo. Q: How did you polish? What tools? Especially around the underhung sink, how'd you get the edge?
*Rigid foam insulation is the trick for forming the undermount sink profile. Alpha grinder and six courses of pads for the polish. Screening to 1/4" minus keeps the grinding to a minimum but it is a mess. I would prefer to do something like this off-site but the whole post surprise forced an in place pour.
*Matt,Very cool counters. Very cool. But please don't make a new discussion for each picture. Add the new pictures to a discussion you already have going.
*Luka- I didn't know I could post more than one pic with each discussion. I'll work on figuring it out. Please don't tell on me.
*ROFLOLOk, I'll keep it a secret.Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are looking at right now. You will see an edit box. You can type in a new response to this discussion in that edit box. Below that edit box is a browse button. You can use that browse button to attach another picture to the new post you are making.Oh, BTW: The "discussion" is "terrazzo detail". Each one of these posts is a reply to either the discussion, or is a reply to one of the other rplies within the discussion. Discussions are sometimes called "threads" as well. You can only attatch one picture at a time to any discussion or reply post. But, you don't have to make a new discussion to post more pictures, once you've made a discussion and included a picture. Just make a reply to your own discussion, and post another picture.
