Click on 'attach files' and a window should open. Use 'browse' to find the file on your computer. Click 'upload' and wait quite a while, as nothing appears to be happening. Wait long enough and the window will change and will show your file name. Click 'done' and then click 'post' to post your message with the attachment.

If nothing happens when you click on "attach files", the most likely reason is that you have a popup blocker running. Some people have reported having more than one popup blocker running without even realizing it, so if turning off the one you know about doesn't work, keep digging.
Of course, all this will probably change tomorrow with the new registration.
