No kidding....thats' what is left of the middle of a 22" X 5.5 LVL spanning 24ft with 3 stories bearing above!!!!!!! (the engineer had a mild coronary upon inspection and had us add a 3ply microlam with posts beneath immediately, to temporarily shore). Normal wear and tear here........built/leaked since in '94. This was just the beginning for this building!
Re picture.......just my first attempt at resizing using Infranview....so its an OK size etc for viewing/posting and for dial up users????
