I have a customer with “The Atrium Door” which is almost completely rotted at the bottom. Given that the company is kaput is there a source for replacement doors and hardware?

If I recall correctly, there wasn't much special about them. Why not get a wood door to match and cut'n'fit? Don't know of any sources for replacements.

thanks, my lumberyard said the same thing, I was just hoping for a quick in/out on the project
There are modern doors that will fit the RO. I've pulled a few "Atriums" out. The frame and weather stripping aren't any good, either. Might as well have a decent unit rather than beat a dead horse.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Exactly what I was thinking and wrote and then didn't post.
Take the RO dimensions to the lumberyard & order new and replace the whole shebang. probably find some flashing to correct while he's there.

thanks for the info bill, it appears I will have to sell a new unit of some type, perhaps a sliding unit
