The Contractor’s Legal Kit, 2nd Ed w/ CD

I have a mint edition copy of The Contractor’s Legal Kit, 2nd Edition with CD-ROM for sale.

I got it probably 5 months ago, and I have literally never opened it.  I was so busy when I ordered it that I just shelved it and haven’t had time nor do I see ever having the time to really use it.

Think I paid $60-70 for it, but I’ll sell it for $30 plus $5 shipping by USPS media mail anywhere in continental US.
