When in Lowe’s recently, I thought I saw a small laser level that throws a plumb and horizontal line, almost identical to the Pacific Laser System PLS2 that I have.
It was by David White, and I cannot find a reference to it on the web. Was I seeing things?
The best street price I have seen for the PLS2 is about $250, but this one was in the $175 range, I believe.

bob, I have not seen the DW but does it do the 4 functions of the pls 2? If so, and has the bracket, case and hold up, what a bargain. I use the pls many times in a job, now that I've gotten used to remembering all the uses I've put it to, or dreamt up another application. Hell, just for finding floor levels it's the ticket.

Looks a lot like the Gizmo I have, which works great. I love it for setting doors.
Don't worry, we can fix that later!
