I have three stairs going in one of my setup rooms..and will be soon be having two other curved stairways going in my back room. With these three stairways
in my main room…all I need is some peanuts, popcorn… cotton candy. We all know I am a clown.
Anyway..you can see the straight stairs that is almost finished. It does have a curved bottom with the risers and tread fronts all curving as well.
The set of forms next to it is the first story of a two story curved stairway that will be over 22 feet tall.
The plywood on the floor with the white posterboard is the start of a curved stairway. Its two dimensional right now…waiting for me to build upwards.

Keep the pics coming.
How many sections to the 22' set? Wouldn't want to move that in one piece
Brudoggie
starting to look like a Harry Potter movie.
Nice work, as usual. Thanks for sharing, you are an inspiration.
Stan,
How do you deal with the pitch change from straight to radius on the hand rail and skirt, bending the hand rail, and skirt? Do you make everything taller and rip and profile your details ,AKA moldings ,with a router ?Your work is very intriguing I wish i was there in person or there was close ups of the details. Thanks for the posting the pictures
