Should I consider doing more than mastic and greenboard around clawfoot tub with shower ?I plan on going 48″ off the floor with 3″x6″ subway tile. The tub supply lines and drain are running through the floor and tub is surrounded with shower curtain and that the tub sits 4″ off the wall on the three sides closet to the wall there is no need for cement board.Anyone care to share their opinion”s.
