I need to get a basement ready for tile tomorrow. It has minimal structural cracks . There are sighns of hydrallic pressure. Tests applied is showing moisture under taped vesqueen. Looks like Ive got structural cracks that are very small in width, but very long , and moisture present . I need to know your pro opinion .
Im thinking about a mud bed that floats on tar paper , thus moisture free and floating like pergo over this cracked floor.
I have another small problem that the basement doesnt have a daylight door. Im wondering about bag morter which is masonary, which could be carried down stairs with out mess. Its a 1000 sq ft floor.

Thanks in advance,
