Why is OT exempt?
You don't have to pay overtime if the employee has a dirty truck.

They've got a way around it. I'm not certain of the specifics, but in the Ministry of Labour posters that I put up, it specifically states that some employers are exempt.And he's one of those.
You know, that's probably it.

In Onterrible overtime is payable after 44 hours, unless exempt by classification as a seasonal business.
