I’m buildng a tiny 8×12 home that I do not have a trailer for yet. What would be the best way to build a foundation under it thats temporary? And what would be the best way to put it onto a trailer after? I may just move it with a flatbed truck
After it moves its staying for good. Any ideas?

A lot depends on the lateral bracing you build into the walls, vs (as is the case with a standard foundation) expecting the "foundation" to prevent racking in a vertical direction on its own.

figure your means of moving this thing and build to be able to move it.
By this I mean know the limits in height or add roof later. Be a bitch to figure routes and utilities after the fact.
you could build it on a trailer now or figure a skid system to be able to pull it onto a lo-boy trailer.
@ 4" X 6" beams about 2' in
@ 4" X 6" beams about 2' in from each side. You ccan hook a come-a-long to them and crank it right up on the trailer. I've done sheds bigger than your tiny house by myself. A slidebed wrecker will have it on the road and reset before you can get you come-a-long out though.
