Is this an inside joke? Can we get a ruling on paragraph usage? I think "villagehandyman" did a wonderful job.
I am sorry to hear that the company will not reimburse you for your labor costs. I would not recommend them after an experience like that.
I live in Toronto, and 99% of my window/door installations are kolbe/kolbe (Ridley) and their service is excellent.
