I know that this subject has been flogged many times here. I even remember seeing a post with an example T&M/cost-plus contract as an attachment.

But alas, I’ve apparently been “Prospero’d” — the search function won’t find it.

Does anyone have a soft-copy of a time and materials/cost plus contract that properly protects the subcontractor? If so, I’d be infinitely grateful for a copy.
