I am building a shop that will have TJI floor joists. For the flooring I am using 2×6 T&G white pine. I am debating whether I should glue the boards as I go, as well as blind screw, or, just screw them to allow for movement. Gluing would contribute to a stronger floor, yet I don’t want the flooring to split should it want to move. Your thoughts… and thanks.

I doubt if you'll get much extra strength with glue since all the boards will still move along their length. It might be a tad quieter is all.
If you have humid summers with no ac, then run a woodstove in the winter, i might be concerned. But outside of some wild humidity swings, I bet you'd be OK. You could always split the difference, and just glue the half towards the screw, which would give half the width to relieve any stress. Not sure if that would help keep it squeek free, but it would add some strength.
It's a shop, I'd just screw them.
IMO, besides providing bonding strength, the glue is there mainly to act as a "shim", filling the gaps between the floor joist and floor sheathing, since even engineered joists aren't completely straight, nor will all bearing walls be all on the exact same level, the 1/16" gap is what can cause squeak when you step on it.
With 2x stock I assume you'll be using 3" screws, make sure that the board is screwed flush to the joist instead of being held up by the screw, ideally you would want to use screws that have threads beginning 1 1/2" below the head, but such screws would be hard to source.
You probably already know this, but be sure to leave gaps between the boards as they'll expand quite a lot after absorbing rain water (unless you keep everything dry). I once made the mistake of fitting everything tightly together (was using 1x6 shiplap), my whole floor deck grew up to 1/4" on both sides...
Do not glue because it will be subject to wear and can be messy at sometimes.
