I installed slate floors in my bathroom and set the toilet in place only to find that the modest surface irregularities in the slate allow the seat to rock back and forth.
Does anyone have any great ideas on how best to set the seat so that it doesn’t rock and at the same time give it enough suport so that i don’t put all the weight on a few points (read shims)? Do I have to worry about supporting it by just a few (4) points? Any assistance would be appreciated.
