Old farmhouse across the street bordering lake erie was recently bought by an out-of-towner and rebuilt last year.
Guy has spent big bucks on a total gut and rebuild of the place. New everything. Changed some walls, put in-ground pool in backyard etc. Crews were over there all the time.
This winter I can see little snow remaining on roof when other homes in the area still have plenty of coverage.
He has these humongous icicles and serious damming on the eves. Where is the sobriety of the the hired help these days. Friggin vinyl siding too.

Tore anything that wasnt load bearing out. Reinsulated
