I could start by asking what type of doors you have, why you need to touch-up, or if you can limit the touch-up to a panel, rail or stile.
The problem lies in matching the texture of the spray coat. The only luck we have had is by using a high density roller. This usually only works for limited areas and mostly for lower sheen paints.
Any more details might be handy.

You generally can't "touch up" spray paint with more spray paint -- you can't feather the spray without texture problems. If you can cleanly mask off an area and repaint that entire area (with either spray or a foam roller) then you should be able to get a nearly invisible fix. Otherwise, for small, deep scratches, you're almost better off using a model paint brush and just painting the scratches themselves.
