Toyotomi OM 128

I’m building a new home in Fairbanks Alaska and I’m considering using a Toyo OM 128 for my domestic and radiant hot water heater.   It’s a new boiler so it’s hard to find any consumer/installer reviews.  Anyone have some Intel on these, or recommendations?
