I am planning a tractor shed for my riding mower. The design is a post frame lean-to similar to an enlarged woodshed with a dirt floor. I live in the South with zero snow load. The inside dimensions are roughly 9’6” by 13’6”. I am thinking four 4×4 posts, 2×8 headers with 2×4 corbels, and 2×4 or 2×6 rafters 24” oc. This thing doesn’t have to support anything but itself—it would be far from fancy but I don’t want it collapsing in the middle of the night, either. Is this enough to hold a simple metal roof?

Decks must be able to withstand high winds, so choose fasteners that offer the uplift resistance you need for your area.

I'd go to 2x6 rafters, and double the 2x8s, but it sounds adequate.
